To use a contact adhesive you simply apply even coats of the adhesive to each material you wish to adhere, allow it to dry, and stick them together. Paint a thin coat of the adhesive over the back (inside) area of the prosthetic and let dry – it dries clear. Be careful not to let it fold over onto itself, because pros-aide is very sticky and will stick to itself. Once you have painted it on the back of the prosthetic, also paint a thin coat over the area where the appliance is to be placed and let it start to dry. Once both are mostly dry, firmly press together. To make PAX Paint for airbrushing, use 80% Pros-aide No Tack and 20% Acrylic Paint. Can be thinned further with water.
